I am starting to track the cost of juicing, so this week I saved my reciept from Sprouts Farmers Market and will be keeping track of how much juice I make each day. Once I run out of the fruits and vegetables I will post the results. I also took some photos of all the goodies in the fridge after I put away the groceries, I will post those photos later this week. To start off this week, we had a good combination of fruits and vegetables including White Asparagus, bottom half only because we use the tips for dinner, win win! As seen in the photo below we also had zucchini, lime, red apple, ginger, kiwi, peaches, kale, spinach, garlic, brussell sprouts, celery necturine, bok choy, cabbage, blackberries, blueberries, roma tomato and cilantro. It was good.
I used the desktop version of Picasa to edit this photo. You can see the original photo taken with my Motorola Xoom Android uploaded to Facebook, Twitter and Google+. See “Find Me On” section —> for my Twitter and Facebook links. In Picasa I first used the HDRish effect and then added a little shadowing. I also use Picasa to type geekgoodgirl.com in the corner of the photo.
This post is part of my 2012 RA Twist on Project 365. Please help support Rheumatoid Patient Foundation by making a donation today. While living with Rheumatoid Arthritis it may be hard to even lift a small glass of juice, learn more about Rheumatoid Autoimmune Disease (also called Rheumatoid Arthritis or RA).
UPDATE: correction, it was around 40 ounces of juice not 60..
