Created a Recipe Category

Day 46 of Project 365. Today I created a recipe category in my blog. I thought it would be nice to have a virtual space where I could get to the recipes I enjoy no matter where I’m located. The first recipe I added was the Spinach & Artichoke Dip I made earlier this month.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip Day 32

Day 32 of Project 365. Today I decided I would make Spinach and Artichoke Dip for the first time. I can say I have never had any that was so good! YUMMY! My boyfriend found me a recipe from Olive Garden for their spinach and artichoke dip. I had to make a few adjustments, I didn’t think it needed red pepper, added a little more garlic, why ruin it with salt, and a little over doubled the spinach. Now this recipe says it serves 4, but I think they must of meant 4 orders! I ended up with a bread pan full, which would feed more then 4 people (see picture below).
