Yesterday I added photos of the fruits and vegetables I used for juicing as I calculated how much it cost and would make. Today I will try to give you as much details on the cost of having fresh juice.
The shopping trip for just the fruits and vegetables I used for juicing cost me $37.59. I did my shopping at Sprouts Farmers Market. To give you a better idea of what I bought, see the photo gallery from yesterday and here is a list of everything I purchased and cost. Continue reading
Today I have a small gallery of the fruits and vegetables I used for juicing from one shopping trip. Tomorrow I will try to post a list of what I bought, how much I paid and total amount of juice made with all the fruits and vegetables seen here in this gallery. All photos are originals from my Android Motorola Xoom, the only processing was adding the URL with Picasa desktop version.

This post is part of my 2012 RA Twist on Project 365. Please help support Rheumatoid Patient Foundation by making a donation today. Last week I was unable to post as the pain levels were to high. I forced myself to continue eating hoping to not lose to much weight. I lost 7 lbs in one week even though I was still eating, learn more about Rheumatoid Autoimmune Disease (also called Rheumatoid Arthritis or RA). It is really sad that it took so many years before there was a organization just for Rheumatoid Arthritis, thank you to the RA Patients that are helping us with our fight: http://rheum4us.org/about/board-of-directors/
Today I ended up with 22 ounces of juice, a little more then what I usually do. I decided to use spinach, parsely, cilantro, orange, roma tomato, pear, apple, celery, carrot, cabbage, kale, bok choy, blueberries, brussels sprouts, ginger, blackberries and garlic. I really like the bok choy and kale, I am not sure why but I always enjoy them, like I do the garlic, ginger and cilantro. I am not sure what type of cabbage I have, but I like it more then the regular round cabbage sometimes because they are easier to use, just pull off the leaf. The round ones need chopped which I can do now but some days it is harder to chop thicker or harder fruits and vegetables.
I did use some effects again today. Hopefully you see the border but I also used HDRish, Loom-ish and geekgoodgirl.com text in the corner all which were done with Picasa. You can see the original photo taken with my Motorola Xoom Android uploaded on Facebook, Twitter and Google+. See “Find Me On” section —> for my Twitter and Facebook links.
