Got Juice? We Will!

Today I emptied the fridge, well not completely but of most fruits and vegetables. We have small amounts of parsley, garlic and a few carrots still left. But I will be heading to the store shortly to stock back up.

fruits and vegies for juicing

The end of the road, time to shop for more fresh fruits and vegetables.

This week on Facebook I was asked how much we spend on the fruits and vegetables we use for juicing our lunch. I could only give a guess, I do not just buy fruits and vegetables. My guess was maybe around $100 a week and probably on the high side. We both have anywhere from 16 to 20 ounces of juice each time we juice. So maybe $7 per glass which averages around 18 ounces of juice. I am sure this is on the high side. So today I will save my receipt, then keep track of how much juice I get from it. Watch for more information on our cost on juicing next week.

Got Juice? Lloyd Does!

This week Lloyd has spent his days at a conference in Los Angeles taking photos.  He has been missing his juice for lunch. Today his day ended early and he was able to be home for some fresh made juice. Here is a photo of him enjoying his lunch. Got Juice? Got Baddog does!

Fresh Juice Lunch

I have been juicing lunch for a few months now. If for some reason I do not get a chance to juice for lunch then it is dinner instead. If I skip juicing during the day, I wake up hungry at night. I usually post a picture of the yummy food to Facebook, Twitter and Google+ when I get done picking out the fruits and vegetables I want to use. Today I got out my Canon Rebel to get a few extra photos.
