Day 32 of Project 365. Today I decided I would make Spinach and Artichoke Dip for the first time. I can say I have never had any that was so good! YUMMY! My boyfriend found me a recipe from Olive Garden for their spinach and artichoke dip. I had to make a few adjustments, I didn’t think it needed red pepper, added a little more garlic, why ruin it with salt, and a little over doubled the spinach. Now this recipe says it serves 4, but I think they must of meant 4 orders! I ended up with a bread pan full, which would feed more then 4 people (see picture below).

Time to test out your new Tupperware. Can you overnight it?
That would be a learning experience. Overnighting a food item, what temp would it need to stay at? Would you want to test to see if it is still good when it got there?
Freeze first. Pack in dry ice.
