Creation Of A Pain Scale

Today I am working on a post for my personal Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) blog about pain scales. So I have been deep in thought about the types of pain I have dealt with because of my disease and how to explain it or rate it.

I am still working on figuring out pain scale for RAD (Rheumatoid Autoimmune Disease aka Rheumatoid Arthritis). This image represents my current thinking process, I hope to have a chart created tonight.

Fresh Juice Lunch

I have been juicing lunch for a few months now. If for some reason I do not get a chance to juice for lunch then it is dinner instead. If I skip juicing during the day, I wake up hungry at night. I usually post a picture of the yummy food to Facebook, Twitter and Google+ when I get done picking out the fruits and vegetables I want to use. Today I got out my Canon Rebel to get a few extra photos.

Exploring Life

Yesterday after getting my CNN iReport correctly up, we went to see if we could get a few whale photos.  You can see one of my whale photos below, nobody else has shots like these. On the way we stopped to meet another photographer at Starbucks, a not so healthy addiction but oh so yummy. When I looked into Lloyd’s eyes I felt like taking a shot, so I picked the camera up out of the trunk and took a picture. You can see the Starbucks behind me and the bright sun over the ocean behind me.
