Today I emptied the fridge, well not completely but of most fruits and vegetables. We have small amounts of parsley, garlic and a few carrots still left. But I will be heading to the store shortly to stock back up.
This week on Facebook I was asked how much we spend on the fruits and vegetables we use for juicing our lunch. I could only give a guess, I do not just buy fruits and vegetables. My guess was maybe around $100 a week and probably on the high side. We both have anywhere from 16 to 20 ounces of juice each time we juice. So maybe $7 per glass which averages around 18 ounces of juice. I am sure this is on the high side. So today I will save my receipt, then keep track of how much juice I get from it. Watch for more information on our cost on juicing next week.
