Our first awareness day will be on the same day as Groundhog day, to find out why see the story about the 1st Rheumatoid Disease Awareness Day on Groundhog’s day story on RA Warrior. This past weekend we packed up the dogs and headed out for a drive to Temecula, California. We drove out to Lake Skinner County Park in Riverside County. I am so excited to get to use my camera again! Here is a photo of us at the Lake.

Yesterday we headed over to the opening day at Rocktoberfest at L.A. Live. Opening night was a charity jam with Gene Simmons, Wolfgang Puck and friends to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. Rocktoberfest will continue through October 21st which will be the closing day. The closing day will be Rock & Brews craft brew festival benefiting the Grammy Museum. Be sure to stop in at Rocktoberfest I am sure you will have a great time, we did! You can see all the high quality photos at Got Baddog’s website. Here are a few that I took with my iPhone, not able to carry my camera around that long yet so I have to stick with the iPhone for now, I was able to capture a few good pictures though
.
I also was able to get some video while Gene Simmons was on stage with the band playing Superstition. Don’t miss out, be sure to get over to Rocktoberfest at L.A. Live by closing day which is October 21st, 2012.
